which is not the sort of spirit that usually appeals to me but the book is well written and the stories are wildly entertaining. Comprising short "reports" by Improv "agents" it's a good book to read either cover to cover or episodically in the bathroom. I'd give it 5 stars but it ain't quite Chekhov. Improv Everywhere is part social experiment, part street theater, part *&^%$ with your mind playfulness. I fall for it every time. The authors encourage us in every story to imagine possibilities and make some creative mischief ourselves. Participatory politics or just good theater?
