I'm not a very fast reader so when I say I read this book in 4 days, that's really fast. You might expect this book to be a lot of laughs but the best reader will be the one who wants to know what it was like to be a stand-up comic in the late 70's and early 80's. The book starts with a funeral and ends with a suicide - it's not all yucks.
