This book is worth every penny and more. Besides being beautifully produced, it totally spoke to me in terms of how a house should "feel". I bought several other books at the same time, and none of them even came close to this. Most other books are just a mass of checklists and construction details that are fairly pointless in the very beginning. Most other books also never go into the psychology of what makes a home feel right like this one does. This book is just perfect for anyone starting to dream about their "dream" house.
