This is a great book for opening your eyes to the possibilities of using on-camera flash for much better people pictures. I've read the McNally books (which are excellent) and attended one of Joe's seminars - so I'm a convert to off camera flash techniques whenever possible. But you don't always have the time or room to set up strobes off camera.
