Buying Either You're in or You're in the Way

Reading the book was a delight and a walk down memory lane for me, as I have known Noah and Logan since they were born. Best friend of their Mom and dear friend of their Dad.
I have been telling their Mom for many years that I knew that I would be seeing the "boys" at the Academy Awards one day!
I have shared their book with many friends and have passed it on to folks in our community to share with teens to inspire them to not give up their dreams.
I can't wait for the movie to make it up north to Alaska so I can see it..just seeing the trailer gave me goosebumps to see Ed Harris's transformation..he truly captured their Fathers essence.
I am so very proud of Logan and Noah for their hard work and making the dream come true.. and at their young age..I know for sure they will continue to be successful in each and every project they dive into and give their beautiful hearts and souls to.
Buy the book and share it with friends and those that work with our youth ..to inspire!

The Real Book -Bass Clef; Sixth Edition Decide Now

Great book of jazz charts; if you're a multi-instrumentalist more comfortable reading in treble clef then you might be better off getting that edition as the bass clef edition has the same charts transposed into bass clef without any additional bass lines written.Get more detail about The Real Book -Bass Clef; Sixth Edition.

Where To Buy 1,000 Recordings to Hear Before You Die

I was initially interested in purchasing this book because I already had another of the series 'Places to see' and also because of the cheap price. However it is fully worth the cost and this subject is so fascinating - everyone has their own favourite songs.Get more detail about 1,000 Recordings to Hear Before You Die.

Cheap The Truth about Jesus : Is He a Myth?

M. M. must be a myth. He appears to have done very little research and his writing is full of disinformation. Any real scholar would be too embarrassed to have this read much less published.Get more detail about The Truth about Jesus : Is He a Myth?.

Order Color: A Natural History of the Palette

As a graphic designer and color enthusiast I was excited to dig into this book. The actual text however is 90% excruciating personal minutia detailing to the author's attempt to find some kind of content to put into her book. Actual color history info is very scanty. I found it to be longwinded and far too self-indulgent. The subtitle is misleading and the book does not very well deliver on its promise.

I found the reading to be excruciating. With each page I kept telling myself--"the good stuff [relevant content] has to be coming soon". However it never does. For me this book was a disappointment. Definitely not what I was hoping for.Get more detail about Color: A Natural History of the Palette.

Discount Blues You Can Use (Blues You Can Use)

This is a serious guitar book - extremely well written and clear; unlike a lot of books. It goes into some fairly serious and involved concepts, but the author explains them slowly and step-by-step, not assuming much prior musical theory. Not just a collection of guitar licks, it focuses on developing solid fundamentals, particularly scales. As others have mentioned, it will be challenging for beginners (barre chords are expected from the beginning, for example) , but if you put in the time required, will learn a lot. The author notes on his website that he expects students to spend about two weeks per lesson. When you finish, you not only get a course in the Blues, but a solid foundation for Jazz and Rock as well. The songs are simple, but some of them are pretty good. We listen to the CD in the car sometimes just for entertainment. BTW, backing tracks without the lead are available on the website.Get more detail about Blues You Can Use (Blues You Can Use).
